Delivery & Returns
Delivery is by Australia post, and takes 5-7 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming dispatch.
Delivery periods quoted are approximate only and may vary. Goods will be delivered to the address nominated by you at the time of ordering. PO address service is not available. A telephone number and email address of the recipient of the Goods will be required.
No refunds of the product or delivery charge are made for late deliveries.
All risk in the Goods shall pass to you upon delivery.
Flat rate delivery is $5 AUD, or free for orders over $100.
Delivery is only available to Australian addresses.
Please select your items carefully before purchasing. No refunds or exchanges will be given if you have simply changed your mind.
If something is faulty or incorrectly described we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase and in unused condition.
If an exchange or refund is required, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning your item. We will then give you advice on how to return the Goods.
Postage/shipping/courier/insurance/handling costs are not refundable.
We are not responsible for any Goods lost or damaged in transit when returned.
Refunds are issued at our discretion once we have received and inspected your returned items.
